Being drunk does not excuse cheating.

Being drunk does not excuse rape.

Being drunk does not excuse being an asshole.

Being drunk does not excuse shitty and destructive behavior.

Being drunk is not an excuse.

Control yourself or don’t drink.

My thing is, have sex whenever you decide to want to have sex. You want to have sex on the first night, go ahead. You want to have sex after 20 dates, go ahead. You want to never have sex, go ahead. People think that someone’s sexual choices actually coincide with their personality. If all you can think of someone’s worth is whether they want to have sex or not, then the problem is probably you.

Here’s the thing

When I try to brighten your day, make sure you’re alright, go out of my way for you or whatever and you continually believe “nobody is there for you” or that “nobody cares about you” that makes me feel like shit. Like my efforts aren’t good enough and what I’m doing isn’t perfect.

I realize people have their own issues but being blatantly disregarded hurts my feelings more than most things do.
